I wrote Writer Wellness after years and years of fellow writers asking for
my secret to meeting deadlines, working part-time, and raising a family.
When I took the time to examine my practices, I discovered a basic set of
components that should be a part of everyone's daily routine:

3. Meditation and relaxation practices
